1.		CITIZEN COMMENTSNotice is hereby given that in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, prohibits the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board from discussing, deliberating, or considering, subjects for which public notice has not been given on the agenda. Issues that cannot be referred to the administration for action may be placed on the agenda of a future Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Session.

	a.	Consider Minutes of the November 13, 2024 Regular Parks and Recreation Advisory Board Meeting.

	a.	Introduce P2:3 Baytown Team.

	b.	Selection of Vendors for each event – Explain process/rules to bring in new vendors – Dr. Yvonne Thomas.

	c.	Discuss/Review Recent and Upcoming Park Improvements: 1. Removing rubber fall surface at Central Heights – Caring *Assisted by volunteer work 2. Roseland damage – Stewardship 3. North Side picnic table repairs – Stewardship 4. New Tree Topper Star – Custom built in house – Stewardship/Caring 5. City Christmas Tree Refresh – all new greenery panels, LED Lighting and decorations – Stewardship/Caring 6. Events: Turkey Trot, Council Parade Float, and Holiday Hangout setup – Collaboration

	d.	Discuss/Review Recent and Upcoming Planning Projects: 1. National Little League Fields Completed – Stewardship/Collaboration/Caring 2. Holiday Hangout – Stewardship/Caring

	e.	Discuss/Review Recent Programs and Preview Upcoming Events for the Wetlands Center and Baytown Nature Center: 1. GCCISD Programs – Leadership/Collaboration 2. Pre-K Gator Tales – Leadership 3. Audubon Christmas Bird Count Report – Stewardship/Collaboration 4. Community Outreach Events – Collaboration/Leadership a. January 17 Youth in Wildlife Conservation The Woodlands 5. WERC and BNC Events – Leadership a. January 11 Full Moon Hike at BNC BNC at 5:30PM
