Baytown Police Arrest 4 Individuals Early Thursday Morning

Baytown Police Arrest 4 Individuals: On Thursday, January 9th, at approximately 12:45 a.m., Baytown Police officers were dispatched to a local bar in the 2700 block of N. Alexander Dr. regarding shots fired. Upon arrival, officers learned that a man had fired shots into the ceiling before fleeing the scene. The unidentified man has not been located.

During their investigation, officers were directed to a man and a woman who had assaulted staff and other customers inside the bar. As the pair attempted to flee in a vehicle, officers detained them without incident. A handgun was found in plain view inside the vehicle, and a pistol magazine was recovered from inside the bar.
Further investigation revealed that the man and woman were involved in an altercation prior to the shots being fired. The man was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, while the woman was arrested and charged with Assault. Both were transported to the Baytown Jail.

Additionally, two intoxicated men involved in the disturbance were arrested for Public Intoxication. All individuals arrested were from Baytown.
