On Thursday, the City Council authorized a consulting services agreement for the Wastewater Treatment Plants and Lift Stations SCADA Project with Quartet Engineers Corporation.

This proposed ordinance authorizes a consulting services agreement with Quartet Engineers Corporation for construction material testing for the Wastewater Treatment Plants and Lift Stations SCADA Project Package 1 and 2 in the amount of $94,666.00.

The scope of work includes observation, testing and documentation of construction activities to maintain compliance with construction specifications. Work consists of proof rolling operations, subgrade compaction, gradation testing, density testing, and testing of concrete placed for pads housing the PLC Control panels. Work includes certified field technicians and project oversight.

The proposed ordinance authorizes an agreement for consulting services for a total amount not to exceed $94,666.00.
