City Council authorized a Professional Service Agreement for the San Jacinto Regional Detention Drainage Project with Halff Associates, Inc.

On Thursday, the City Council authorized a Professional Service Agreement for the San Jacinto Regional Detention Drainage Project with Halff Associates, Inc.

This proposed ordinance authorizes a professional service agreement with Halff Associates, Inc., in the amount of $351,240.00, for the San Jacinto Regional Detention Drainage Project located within Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone #1 (TIRZ 1).

The scope of work includes survey, geotechnical, drainage analysis, engineering, permitting, bid phase services and construction services. The project will provide detention for approximately twenty-two (22) acres between Goose Creek and John Martin Road on the south side of IH-10. This will provide regional detention for future developments in the area.
