Adan G. Rodriguez Jr., 76, of Baytown, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, December 27, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.
Born on September 2, 1948, to Benita and Adan Rodriguez Sr., he deeply cherished his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. His joyful spirit radiated through his love for his dogs, Gigi, Apolo, and Rocky, who shared in his daily moments of cooking and play. Adan’s passion for the Astros and Ford vehicles was evident in his pride in his Astros World Series ring, black Ford Thunderbird, and black manual Ford truck, which reflected a life of enthusiasm and love. His legacy inspires us to embrace our passions and cherish our loved ones.
He was a loving father and devoted family member, cherished by those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his son, Saul Rodriguez; his father, Adan Rodriguez Sr.; his mother, Benita Rodriguez; his brothers, Alfonso Rodriguez Sr. and Roberto Rodriguez; and his sister, Ofelia Fleites.
His legacy continues through the mother of his children, Sarah Arredondo; their children, Adan Rodriguez, III and his wife, Nancy Rodriguez; Christy Rodriguez; Michelle Aramburo and her husband, Norberto Aramburo, Sr.; Claudia Rodriguez; Cosme Rodriguez, Sr. and his wife, Elvira Rodriguez; Alberto Rodriguez, and Sarah Rodriguez. Each of them carries forward the values and love he instilled.
His grandchildren, including Adan Rodriguez, IV, Aaron Rodriguez and his wife Maria Rodriguez, Alyssa Moreno and her husband Luis Moreno, Melissa Garza, Louie Rodriguez and his wife Shelby Rodriguez, Norberto Aramburo, Jr. and his wife Emily Aramburo, Dominique Aramburo, Giovanni Aramburo, Ramon DeLeon and his wife Jennifer DeLeon, Ezmeralda Cullum and her husband Jacob Cullum, Cosme Rodriguez, Jr. and his wife Stephanie Rodriguez, Calista Rodriguez, Cain Rodriguez, Cyrus Rodriguez, Marcos Pizano, and Krysta Pizano, are a testament to his enduring spirit and influence.
His great-grandchildren, Addalyn Rodriguez, Eliana Moreno, Linkoln Garza, Lucy Rodriguez, Athena Aramburo, Zara Cullum, Ezra and Allura DeLeon, Brianna, Michael, Adam, and Cosme Rodriguez III, are a bright reflection of his love and legacy, ensuring that his memory lives on through future generations.
Visitation will occur on Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at 5:00 PM at Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Rd, Baytown, Texas 77521, with a Rosary at 6:00 PM. Adan’s life will be celebrated on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at 10:00 am Earthman Baytown Funeral Home, 3919 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521. A graveside service will follow at noon at Earthman Memory Gardens Cemetery, 8624 Garth Road, Baytown, Texas 77521
