City Council Authorize a lease agreement for office space for the employee wellness center

On Thursday, the City Council Authorize a lease agreement for office space for the employee wellness center.

This proposed ordinance authorizes a lease agreement with ESV Properties, LP., for office space related to the City of Baytown Employee Wellness Clinic, in an amount not to exceed $46,979.28 per year. The contract period for this lease runs from March 1, 2025, through February 28, 2026.

The City is pleased with the office space provided by ESV Properties. The City has operated the employee center since FY2013 and the City’s FY2025 budget includes funding for the City of Baytown Employee Health & Wellness Center and occupational health services.
