Later, the President and the First Lady will depart the White House en route to the U.S. Capitol with President-elect Trump and Mrs. Trump. The departure from the North Grounds and the arrival to the U.S. Capitol will be covered by the in-town pool.

After, President Biden will deliver remarks at a farewell event with staff. These remarks at Joint Base Andrews will be open to pre-credentialed media.

Then, President Biden and Dr. Biden will depart Joint Base Andrews en route to Santa Ynez, California. The departure from Joint Base Andrews will be open to pre-credentialed media. The arrival to Vandenberg Space Force Base will be closed press.
