BPD arrested of 4 suspects, named Celina Lasha Washington, Richard Charles Goode, Sandrell Talley, Bruce Thomas Avery II, in reference to a incident that accord at North Alexander Drive at Cedar Bayou Road, near 3200 block of North Main.
